Roku Support ticket Update request.

Where can I get an Update to an open Roku Support ticket.

While Google Home and Alexa see new TV, they both think device in unresponsive.

Steps attempted to resolve issues include:

Hard reset TV and re-setup TV Twice.
Forgetting Network
Switching to Hot Spot and back.

All result in the 2 services thinking device is offline.

Apple HomeKit works with this TV as well as the other 2 I have.

Google Home and Alexa only work with the 2 Older TV's

All running latest Updates.
