All we could get was the home screen and the remote wouldn't do anything. We changed batteries in the remote and did all the suggested things on your site, unplugging and removing batteries and then plugging it back in and putting the batteries in the remote and now we get nothing. The stick is very warm. Very disappointed in this because we really liked what we were getting.
