I just did a software update on my 3820RW streaming stick 4k
the interface takes over a minute between button presses to respond. I did a factory reset, and still having issue.
my Roku stick worked ABSOLUTELY FINE before the software update. took me an hour to be able to factory reset, and it didn't solve anything.
