Roku Streambar Pro freezing with Netflix app

My Roku Streambar Pro has seemed to have issues since day 1. It always has issues with the Netflix app. It will loose audio, the remote won't respond and it will eventually freeze and re-start. It's done similar things with other apps but Netflix is by far the worst. Anyone else experienced this? I've tried to "clear the cache" but the button sequence everyone says works, doesn't do anything.

Let's try a full troubleshooting step to resolve the issue. Follow the instructions below.

  1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
  2. Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
  3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen, and add the channel once more.
