I’m on a 4850X-Ultra Software Ver 14.5 For whatever reason my Roku will stop responding to my remote frequently. Like it will sit in YouTube and the only thing I can do is power on and off the TV. I have to hard reset my Roku or hope it resets on its own without me having to get up. Does anyone else experience this issue?
Me too. My remote is not responding and there a not connected on my screen on the top right corner. How can I connect when the remote is not responding. Screen is locked on the first page. And this is a new Roku I just got few months ago and hardly even use it!
@Sonny11, do you have a stick with the Wi-Fi hardware embedded in the USB cable?
I’m not sure what that mean. Wi fi embedded. I did some research and there are a lot people having the same problem with no solution. I’m tired of trying to fix this. Never buy a Roku again !
Mine does the same. New remote, 4k Roku stick thing. I got it to connect for a short time, but even 10 minutes of not touching it and it just stops. I take out a battery, put it back in, and it'll work for a few minutes, but do the same thing all over again. 🤦🏻♀️
