So frustrating. The remote is paired, good batteries, have rebooted the device and remote many times, but it still only works occasionally. It has worked perfectly for two years and this new, bad behavior just started. We have not made any changes to anything on the TV, Roku, or network. I've read many posts where others have the same issue and no one seems to be getting resolution. Come on, Roku Support. Time to step up and get us a fix! Suggestions? You going to send me a new Roku device and remote?  

Issue is on Roku Express 3941x
