Roku Pro Rechargable remote won't charge and no green light.

I tested the charger on another device.   The battery light on the device came on.   The Rechargable Roku Pro won't charge and no green light.   I held down the pairing button for 20 seconds.   No green light.  

Do they still sell the ones with batteries.

If this issue is not resolved with your Roku Voice Remote Pro not holding a charge, please let us know along with any additional information you may have that would be helpful for our team looks into this problem. Kindly include the serial number of your Roku device that is paired with the remote so we can assist further.

I replaced the original roku controller. My daughter dropped it in Milk.  This was a replacement controller.

I bought the Roku rechargable Pro remote this year.   The original remote was dropped in milk by our daughter.
