My device stopped working out of nowhere. When I tried to power it back on the Roku letter are jumping then it just shuts back off. I’ve attempted to reset manually as I cannot navigate anything on screen b|c it is not loading
If you have a different USB power adapter give that a try, especially if you're using the TV's USB port for power.
