What kind of **bleep**ing company does not offer support help for every product they produce. I think that is bull**bleep**. My son ruku premier box is not boot it keeps going into recovery mode and when I tried to go into the support page and tried to get device support in tells me the this devise is not eligible for support. This is bull**bleep** what ind of company does not stand behind the products they make. I can tell you this you have lost a customer for life and I will also be posting this all over social media and I hope it goes viral and ruins your company.
All devices get support, but the cheapest don't get "agent" support. To be honest, you're not missing much. You'd just get someone reading from a script.
