Roku Premier+ device No signal on TV

Hello Team,

I have a situation...after returning from vacation my roku premier+ device only blinks white LED.

Basic troubleshooting done till now

1. Checked HDMI ports by connecting laptop and the HDMI is fine

2. Restarted Roku premier+ device by pressing reset button (30 sec)

3. Restarted TV and Roku premier+ device after disconnecting wall power supply and all wires for 24 hrs. 

4. Remote batteries changed and the green LED blinks on the remote.

Serial number of my device is YR006N118971. My assumption is that it is a communication issue, any hints how to resolve this ?

* Not sure why the label forces me to enter " Create a Roku account"
