The mobile app for iPhone is not working properly. Home Screen and account info will not work. Getting an error “something went wrong loading this page” for Home Screen. Account section just says loading but never loads.
eta - ios 18.4.1 and app version 12.5.0
i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my router. All that good stuff has been done. My boyfriend has an android phone and the app works just fine on his phone. Seems to be an ios thing. My software was recently updated which is probably the culprit. I hope there is a resolution soon.
