When I open the roku mobile app, on the home page it says something went wrong loading this page. When use the remote it pulls up the suggestions but the suggested apps dont ever load. I have tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. Closing and reopening. software is up to date.
What else could I do?

Can you let us know when the issue started? Also, if you could take a picture of the error, that’d be great. In the meantime, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and updating the Roku app to see if that fixes things.
