Roku Express - image is zoomed-in

Hi,

Whenever I switch on my Roku the screen is always zoomed-in. I can fix this by adjusting the display settings from the Roku homepage, but this is getting tiresome to do every time I switch the TV on (BTW my TV is a Highsense 50A6BGTUK). Also, I have noticed that whenever I go to BBC the picture re-adjusts itself to the correct size, but it only appears to be this channel that has this feature.

Is this a problem with the Roku Express, or my Highsense TV?

Cheers for looking.

@Kpolf

I kind of remember some issues with screensavers.  Roku sometimes get confused with certain Screensavers and television models and gets "stuck" on wrong resolution. (kind of lines up with your issue that the last thing activated would be the screensaver and you are only seeing this upon startup.

Try using another Screensaver from the Roku defaults (like the Digital or Analog Clock or Aquatic Life) and see if issue remains.
