Roku Device stuck on the Roku Logo

Won’t go to apps page. Just keeps with Roku logo and sound

Is it a Roku TV or a Roku device connected to a TV?  It would help to know the model number, but if it's one that uses a USB cable for power and you're using the TV's USB port to power it, try a USB power adapter that can provide at least 1 Amp plugged into the wall.
