Using Roku Premier+. Unplugged device. Charged remote. Reset Roku remote. Unplugged TV. Multiple times. Can control volume and on/off with remote but nothing else.

Additionally, could you tell us which Roku device is paired with your remote? You can find this information under Settings > System > About. Please also provide the serial number.
