I don't have a Return Material Authorization number. You guys sent me a free replacement for my remote last yet. You sent me the rechargeable Voice Remote Pro and it's terrible. It doesn't hold a charge and likes to pop up the battery level on the screen all the time which is very annoying.
I wanted to request one of the older double A battery powered voice remotes you guys used to have because those work much better. Why don't you guys still sell those? They still work good. The rechargeable remote batteries suck and nobody should be forced to get a rechargeable Roku remote with their device you should have the option of a battery powered one.
I have the same problem as the rest. I've had my rechargeable remote for 6 months. One minute it was working normally and the next it was a brick. No lights no charge no button response. It was not low on power when this happened. If there is no fix for this then I would like to provided a replacement remote.
