Hello,
We have a Roku voice remote version 2 with a rechargeable battery. I have charged it several times when it got to be around 25%. Today we noticed it was blinking an when we looked at the battery, it was down to 11%.
Isn't there some way for the remote to flash a warning on the TV screen when it gets very low so that we'd know to charge it without needed to access it in the Roku settings menu?
Or - should we always try to recharge it when it gets to around 15-20%?
Thanks!
Hi there! @TNorth
Thanks for reaching out!
Just a heads-up: There is a prompt in the top right corner of the screen that indicates when your remote is running low on battery. This serves as a warning to charge the remote. It is advisable to charge the remote once it hits 10% or below to keep your streaming experience uninterrupted.
If you have further questions, let us know!
Cheers!

Thanks for the reply! I guess we never saw that since we started charging it at 11%. Maybe we'll let it run down and see if we get that warning in a couple of months when it is at 10%.
Thanks again!
