Interesting that the feature of turning off the led is not available on the new Express 4k+ that I just purchased. All of my older roku units have this option. Not a great move by roku.

The LED light on the Roku Express 4K+ is an indicator that the device is turned on or off, whether it is receiving power or not. In addition, the LED light blinks when there is a command from the remote. Henceforth, the LED is built-in within the hardware to indicate its power and commands displayed on the Roku platform.

Solution: a 0.5" piece of opaque electrical tape over the LED.
