Random Reset after power loss

I have a TCL Roku TV.  After loosing power the tv goes back into "Let's Get Started" and I have set it back up all over again.  Is this supposed to happen or what could be the problem?  Everything is up to date and I have done a factory reset.

It's definitely not supposed to happen.  If your TV is still under warranty, try contacting TCL and see what they have to say.  If not, you may be on your own.
