My Roku Express has suddenly stopped connecting to my TV. I replaced the HDMI cable (after testing the new cable), which did nothing. It appears to be getting power (light on front is blinking), so I haven't replaced the powercable. I have tried "resetting" it using the reset button on the back, and it's not done anything (literally, no change of any kind). I tried shutting it down for 10 minutes (unplugging it from power) and then starting it back up, and it's still not connecting.
Any ideas? Will I just need to replace it?
Hi @chichi23
Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing.
Could you try using a different power cable and/or power adapter to see if that will resolve the issue you're experiencing? Please also make sure you're powering your Roku device into a working power outlet in the wall. USB power provided by the TV is not sufficient to power the device.
Keep us updated!
All the best,
