ROKU TCL TV won’t go to Home Screen

Our ROKU TCL tv turns on and the reddish screen appears with the “TCL Roku TV” in left upper corner and the time in the upper right corner, BUT nothing else appears on the screen. We have tried cycling power and performing a reset, but the Home Screen still doesn’t appear. The tv says it is connected, when performing resets, so what could the problem be?

    We understand that your Roku TV is having display issues and we appreciate the initial steps you have taken so far. We're happy to look into this and assist you. Please provide us with a few more pieces of information:

    1. When did you start having the issue?
    2. Do you see any error message/code on the screen?
    3. Could you provide us with a photo of the said issue?

    Also, kindly try performing a hard reset on the TV by locating the reset button at the back of it. For more information on how to do so, refer to this link on How to reset your Roku device.

      I have this problem. No error code.just a red screen with *tcl Roku TV* centered

      I have exactly the same problem but cannot fix even I reset the TV by pressing the button at the back of the TV, please help, thanks!
