ROKU KEEPS CHANGING MY THEME

ROKU keeps changing my THEME causes connectivity problems

I have chosen a specific THEME for all 6 of my ROKU PREMIER+ devices on my 6 TV’s.
Occasionally-for some unknown reason when I turn on my TV it will have a “different” theme and the ROKU haS LOST connection to my network on all 6 TV’S.    
To fix this I have to disconnect/reconnect the USB cable from the stick, remove and reinstall the batteries on the remote, 
and then re-pair the remote ON EVERY TV!  


1.  How come the theme is changing WITHOUT my permissiin?

2. is there a setting to stop this from happening?
