I have a 55" Hisense, with Roku TV built in. When I try using the HDMI ports, the whole screen "blinks" blue and then goes back to normal. It happens every 5 seconds. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Is there a solution ? I've tried resetting it, unplugging it, clearing the cache, switching between all 3 ports... nothing has made it stop.
Hi @samoa683,
Congrats on your first post here in the Roku Community!
We would be more than glad to assist you regarding your concern. Have you tried using a different HDMI cable to see if you notice any difference? Also, can you provide us with an image regarding the "blinking" issue?
In the meantime, you can reach out to the TV manufacturer directly and inquire further about a resolution since this is likely a hardware issue. Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their TV models. Kindly refer to this link for their contact information: Hisense Support or at 1-888-935-8880
Please keep us posted.
All the best,
Kash
