Picture size Zoom not filling the whole screen

I just bought a 40 inch Hisense Roku TV. I'm watching Frasier on hulu and trying to change the pictures size to zoom to fit the whole screen, but it won't. My 65 inch Hisense Roku TV when selecting zoom fits the whole screen. Is there a way to fix this?

Just plugged in my roku express and tried through that and when I choose picture zoom it fits the whole screen...why won't it work with just the Roku TV then?
