Picture shakes or shutters

Jump to solution

Why does picture shutter/shake when watching sports. Seems to happen when there's fast plays/movements. Just started doing this 2 wks ago. Son has same tv & it doesn't happen on his tv so it's not the channel

Hi @Csjob,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We'd like to take a closer look into this issue that you're experiencing. May we know what kind of Roku device you are using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku stream bar, Roku TV-Specify) Does a simple system restart fix the issue by going to settings, system, power, and system restart? (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.)

We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks,

John
