Philips Roku Tv won't stay off

Jump to solution

I recently purchased a Phillips Roku TV. It was working fine until the Cable genie was connected with HDMI. TV is turned off. About 15 minutes later, it is back on.  I have tried all ports for the HDMI.

Please help.

Hi @elhoyle,

Thanks for the first post in the Roku Community!

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and we appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've taken so far. Please try to restart your Roku TV by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).

If the problem still persists, please ensure that you have firmly plugged in the power cord through your wall outlet.

We hope this helps.

All the best,

Chel
