Hi. I'd like to know if it's possible to access media from a pendrive using roku media player with Roku Express. I mean using a usb hub, something like the hub in power, and the device and pendrive in the hub. Would that work? Thanks.

No, it would not. The express usb is only for powering the roku nothing else. You need either a Roku ultra, Smart Soundbar or Streambar because they are the only current roku's with usb ports.
