I am having this issue. For me it's happening across multiple channels/apps. I will be watching something (happens with both live and recorded shows), and what I am watching will randomly pause, I hit play, and soon after it will pause again. Timing is random. Conversely if I pause what I am watching it will often un-pause itself.

I have done a reset multiple times and that does not help.

Any other advice on how to fix this problem?

I've seen this myself.  I think it's a new feature with the v14 software update.  In my case it happens when I'm pretty sure my connection can't keep up.  It used to show the spinning buffering indicator, but now it pauses for an instant and then resumes on its own.  I find it annoying and would rather see the buffering indicator.
