Paramount plus not loading

My app is not working all I get is a continuous circle. Annoying since I pay for this monthly. I saw others on here with same issue which you addressed and said issue was fixed. Sad to say it isn’t. Please rectify

We will be more than happy to assist you further with this issue you had with the Paramount+ channel, which was not loading. Please try to update the channel by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting "update channel."

I am having the same issue with my Paramount+. I get the continous blue loading circle. 

I changed from paying monthly to annually and that's when I started having the problems and it's still not fixed and I'm still paying for it!!

I even signed into a different TV outside of my house and it worked fine.

We appreciate you letting us know about your trouble on the Paramount+ Channel and for the steps you have taken to resolve it.

We would like to know how to identify and resolve playback issues. To verify:

  • How did you subscribe to the Paramount+ Channel? Was it directly with Paramount+, through Roku, or via another service (like Amazon, Sling, Google, etc.)?
  • How are you trying to access the Paramount+ Channel? Are you using the dedicated Paramount+ Channel app or accessing it through the Roku Channel?
  • Have you attempted to remove the channel where you experienced the issue from the Roku home screen? If so, did you restart your device afterward? Once the device is back up, please add the channel and try playing content.
  • Did you try the troubleshooting steps provided above by @RokuJohnB?

With more detailed information, we'll be able to assist you further with this.
