Pairing new remote control

Hello, is there no phone support or email support from Roku?

 

I have an active device and remote 

 

I bought a new remote with power button and volume button from target 

it does not have pairing button or status light 

 

I tried pressing and holding the back and home button but that doesn’t seem to work
