#Roku® Streaming Stick®+ TV Controls Compatibility

Cannot program the remote to control power and volume of my TV. My TV brand is not listed,  I have tried all the popular brands,  snow,  Samsung,  LG, Toshiba,  Hitachi etcetera, I have nothing blocking between my remote and TV. 

Is there any way to cycle though codes? 

Any way I can program my Roku remote control to control my TV power and volume?

Can you please let us know what TV brand you have? With that information we can possibly recommend using an alternate brand that has a similar code to program your remote.

The model number looks like a sony, try them?

I tried all the Sony codes. Unfortunately did not work.

Any other workaround?

I'm sorry, I have never heard of this brand, and I have been answering remote questions on various sites for 18 years. The majority of the tv's out there either use LG, TCL, Panasonic, Samsung, toshiba,and Sony. You could try Jvc, Hitachi and Pioneer too.

I can't get new roku stream stick+ remote to control Sunbrite TV (outdoor)...

Being outside IR remotes don't work well, so the tv maybe RF and so isn't control by anything other then the OEM remote.
