On screen message "Go.roku.com/USB"

How do I fix Roku to stop the message go.roku.com/usb

Constant Message on TV Screen

Our Roku TV is posting a message on the bottom of the screen - "go.roku.com/USB". I am not technically smart to determine what I should do so that the message goes away..
