Not able to access apps on roku tv

Hey i am not able to access any apps on my roku tv, i did restart it still doesn’t work

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We understand that you're having issues with accessing your apps on the Roku TV. We're happy to look into this but a few more details are necessary:

  1. When did you start having this issue? (Before or after the Roku software update)
  2. What specific channels are affected?
  3. Are there any error messages showing?

Additionally, since it is happening with multiple channels, we would recommend a restart on your router as well.
