None of my apps will let me watch

Hi, I have a 43" phillips roku TV. I need help with my apps. I am not able to watch Netflix, Disney, or prime video.

When I try to watch Netflix it says error.

When I try to watch Disney, I can pick through whatever, but when I click on something to watch, it just loads for a bit, and then says something went wrong. Please try again later.

When I try to use prime video, it also let's me pick something to watch, but ultimately does the same thing just loads for a while.

I've already checked my network connection, everything is all good.

And I've also tried again through out the day.

If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.

Try rebooting/restarting everything involved - gateway/modem/router and Roku device.

.. and note that for a Roku TV with "Fast TV start" enabled, turning the TV off and back on just puts it into and out of a standby state and does NOT give you a complete restart.

You'll find the "System restart" option under "Settings > System > Power" for Roku TVs and some Roku streamer models.   On models without a Power option, it's under  "Settings > System".
