Trying to hook up the tv after factory reset due to apps not working properly. Trying to hook up wired connection instead of wireless but there’s no option

Do you mean there is no Ethernet port on the TV, or something else?

What exact TV you have will help. I have seen a few with NO Ethernet (wired) connection. Have you checked the TV's manual to see if there is an Ethernet port?

If the TV does not have Ethernet built in, but does have USB, you MIGHT be able to use a USB/Ethernet adapter. There are several compatible with Roku devices. Not sure how compatible they may be with 3rd party TV's (TCL, etc...)
