We just upgraded to the Roku stick. It works great. However, our previous Roku,s we were able to select a volume mode (i.e.-leveling, night mode, etc). The stick does not have that function. Is there a way to activate this on the stick? Thank you

Before proceeding, may we know if there are external speakers connected to the TV where your Roku streaming Stick is plugged into? 

Also, mentioning that you just got your Roku stick, we can perform a hard reset to see if it will make any difference. In addition, kindly try to visit our Support article on How to use volume modes on your Roku streaming device to help you utilize this feature.
