Why can I no longer hear any Roku Theme Sounds. They are no longer working since the start of the New Year.

Thank you for your report about this theme sound issue. We'd love to take a closer look at this. Could you tell if you have any troubleshooting issues and what didn't work?
We would also like to know if you can still hear the bouncing Roku sound during initial setup.

Does adjusting the Menu Volume under Settings/Audio/Menu Volume help at all?
