Got my mom a new TCL Roku TV for her room at a memory care facility on 7/15/24. They use DirecTV through coax cable. The coax is connected to the TV via the ant/cable coax input on the back of the TV. Channels are scanned and 61 show up as available. When I go to live TV, the channels are there and everything is good. After we turn the TV off, (for example, at night) the next time we turn the TV on, the channels do not show on the guide. They don't show in "Recent" either. When I go to rescan, the message says I have done this and asks if I want to do this again. I scan again, the channels show up, all is well. But once we turn off the TV, they disappear again. Please help!
I posted an answer to this on another post, but it's a software coding error in the system. Should be a simple fix (correct the coding), but it has not happened yet.
