Yesterday I purchased a new 70’ Roku UHD TV. Got it out of the box and followed step by step instructions. During the initial set up I was able to connect to Wi-Fi. The TV did a software update automatically. After the update was done and the TV restarted, I am no longer able to connect to my 5G Wi-Fi. It doesn’t even show it listed as available. If I can’t get Wi-Fi I’ll have to return the TV. Any help?
Roku devices only support 5GHz channels (roughly) below 50 or above 150. If your router's channel is set to "Auto" and/or has DFS channels enabled you will want to change the setting.
