Network says connected but apps won't load content

I am having the same issue. A month ago my tv was working fine with my hotspot, but now when I connect it, it will say connected but when I press on something to play it just keeps loading and loading. I tried resetting my hotspot, and phone, and the tv. But what is really confusing is when someone else connects their phone to my roku tv it works. And mine used to work but now it stopped working and keeps loading. And now I don’t know what to do I keep looking for answers but none ever work. I need some help. Advice pleas.

Re: Network says connected but apps won't load content

I'll throw something out there, but I don't know if it holds any water.  Even if you have unlimited data, many carriers throttle your speed to something unusable for streaming once you hit a certain limit.  If you perform a "Check connection" under Settings->Network what speed does it show?
