Need help with Roku App Live TV

(Cord cutter here). I know on the Roku app you can watch the major news channels local tv broadcasts live (CBS, NBC, ABC, etc). However, my father was always finding ways to watch The Golden Bachelor live (allegedly). He passed away recently and my mom wanted to watch the Golden Bachelor last night and I turned the Roku app on its head trying to find ABC live airing and failed. Anyone know what magic he pulled so I can help my mom out?
