I just upgraded to the iPhone 13 from the iPhone 11. Before I upgraded my hotspot worked just fine but now it’s not showing up on my Roku. Any help would be great to fix this!

What's the model number of your Roku displayed under Settings->System->About?  Some Roku devices only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.  If your hotspot is set up to use 5GHz try changing it to 2.4GHz and a channel from 1 to 11.

My Roku model is 3930RW - Roku Express. I ended up trying that out and now my hotspot is working!! Thank you very much!

For Apple phones, look for a Setting that says "Maximize Compatibility". (this will force 2.4ghz to be used).  Settings > Network > Hotspot > Wifi hotspot > Extend compatibility

For Android phones, look for a Setting that says "Select AP band" (should give you an option of either 2.4 or 5ghz)

Settings > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering > Mobile Hotspot Settings > Setup Mobile Hotspot > Select AP band
