My Roku tv factory reset on its own and now all my channels are gone! When I try to reload channels it says there’s no space which is impossible because nothing is there. Now I have a tv I can’t watch anything on. Need a solution ASAP

Have you verified that the Roku TV is linked to your Roku account by seeing if the email matches in Settings > System > About?
