Hello! @Brit08,

Thank you for posting in the Roku Community!

We appreciate you contacting us about the loading screen issue with your Roku device. We're pleased to assist.

  • What Roku device are you using right now?
  • Is this the first time you set up/activated this Roku TV/device? If not, is this the first time you have experienced this issue?
  • Is your Roku TV/device currently connected to your network?

Suppose your Roku streaming player or TV system is unresponsive, and you have already tried a system restart and factory reset. In that case, you can use Recovery Mode to try to restore your device. Recovery Mode is a feature supported on some models that allows you to clear all data and software and reinstall the operating system.

Recovery Mode is the most invasive reset method and should only be attempted when all other methods fail. For more help with less invasive procedures, learn how to system restart or factory reset your Roku streaming device.

For more detailed information, please check it here: How to use Recovery Mode on your Roku streaming device

Thanks,
