It says this was solved, what was the solution? My kids just got one for Christmas & we've only been using it sparingly for 3 days now. But today, it was on for about 5 minutes & then it began freezing up & then cut off & won't cut back on. Wall socket is fine, tried 2 other sockets, tried cutting on from TV, tried holding power button down for a minute, waited 1 hour, etc AKA tried everything that we can find online to "fix it" & nothing's working. Was hoping you or someone else had figured out another way. I called customer service & sat on hold for about 30min before my daughter's Dr office called & I had to switch over to their call.
