My List is no longer being displayed on the main TV screen it's only available through the app

Jump to solution

As of yesterday night the My List option which features all your favorite movies and TV shows is not available on the main TV screen display and it's only available through the app. Sometimes the same goes for The continue watching option as it sometimes vanish as well and that one isn't available on the app.

Hi, @PunkMaister.

Greetings from the Roku Community!

We'd be happy to provide you with steps you can take to resolve an issue with the save list and continue watching that is missing.

To start, you may try restarting your streaming device.
Here are the steps:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System restart

If the issue persists, you may try updating the software of your streaming device.
Here are the steps:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Software update
  5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

If the issue still persists, please let us know.
