My Hisense Roku keeps shutting off

My role tv keeps shutting off about 5 min in to watching anything! I have software update, factory reset I use the app for my remote , I have unplugged and waited and after all this it’s still being stupidl! It did this one other time where I had to call but I don’t remember or know what they did on their end , however I’m fixing to throw this tv away and get a different brand if this don’t fix . I have been loyal to Roku and have several Rokus throughout my home , and I don’t deserve to have this frustration, no one does !

Re: My Hisense Roku keeps shutting off

@Angel1569 You would need to reach out to Hisense technical support.  Roku has no control over 3rd party manufacturers.  Hisense pays to license/use the Roku operating system on their TVs and Hisense is the one responsible for ensuring proper function and updatability.  Unfortunately, that is the problem with a lot of these budget TV brands as they don't really do a great job at either.
