Mute button of Roku stick 4k remote

The mute button of my roku stick 4k remote does not work properly, every time I press it, the input menu of my Tv pops up…..

Reprogram the remote for your brand of tv, skip the first positive result by lying, press yes to skip to the next positive result  and maybe the mute key will work properly.
