I moved, new internet provider. About 2 hours into watching anything an error message appears that it appears I have switched internet providers, and the error message will not be removed from the screen unless I turn off the TV for several minutes. I cannot find any info on how to change settings to only new network. And I cannot find that my previous internet provider is still listed. Will appreciate asssistance.
Hmm, I don’t recall hearing about a Roku message saying you switched internet providers. Are you sure that’s the exact message? Does it look Roku-ish? I mean, is possible that you are watching a Roku device through a smart TV, and it’s the Smart TV that’s putting up that message? A way to check would be to grab the TV remote and see if you can deal with the message that way.
