Mi control no funciona para encender y apagar ni subir y bajar volumen

Alguien me podria ayudar compre un roku express 4k+ pero no logro aser que funcione el boton de   encendido ni apagado ni de volumen tiene voz pero no sirve para bajar y subir y tengo que estar usando el control de la television es una hk pro
